Letter: Support for looming eyesore is far from unanimous

To the editor:
Last Thursday night at St. Mary’s church I attended an informational presentation of the Baldy ski jump project slated to be constructed at Mount Frontenac.
Along with a few dozen local residents, I watched a video describing the history of ski jumping in this area, the proposed project, and the alliance that’s being forged with the American Ski Jump Association, the Prairie Island Community and the local communities at large.
