Letter: Childcare and community center questions beget more questions

To the editor:
In our June 2018 City of Lake City Public Utilities bill, we received a two sided survey/questionnaire sponsored by the Lake City Economic Development Authority (EDA) for a community and child care center. It somewhat mirrors the Red Wing YMCA for the residents to fill out and return.
Many questions are asked. Let me touch on a few.
