Letter: Many to thank after successful hog roast

To the editor:

Thanks to all of you who came to our Bethany Lutheran church Hog Roast on Saturday. We served over 250 people. All proceeds go right back to our community.

Also I can’t forget to thank all of my fellow members who work so hard to make this such an successful event every year. Some started the day before 8 a.m. and where still at the church cleaning up after 8 p.m. We have a wonderful, hard working group at Bethany.

We will be holding our annual garage sale on Oct. 4 and 5. Hope to see you all then.
