Florence Township Property Maintenance Ordinance

SUMMARY AND NOTICE FOR PUBLICATION

PROPERTY MAINTENANCE ORDINANCE
    Effective immediately, Florence Township has enacted an ordinance whose purpose is to secure the public health, safety and general welfare of the residents and property owners of Florence Township by regulating property maintenance in areas in which people reside in the R-1 and R-FHD-1 zoning districts, including but not limited to requiring junk vehicles and excessive rubbish to be removed, buildings in disrepair to be corrected, and establishing procedures, penalties, and remedies for this purpose to be accomplished.
    This Ordinance is adopted under the authority of Minn. Stat. §462.357.
