Wabasha County Planning Commission 11-28-22 Hearing

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
BEFORE THE
WABASHA COUNTY
PLANNING COMMISSION
The Wabasha County Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing starting at 7:00 p.m. on November 28th, 2022, for the purpose of hearing any testimony regarding the following requests:
1) A public hearing for the Conditional Use Permit application submitted by DIVOCSG 14 Solar for a 1 MW AC Commercial Solar Energy System within the A-2 Zoning District. The subject property is described as parcel R05.00064.00 located in Section 10, Township 110 North, Range 10, Town of Greenfield on approximately 6 acres of a 92.05 acre parcel.
2) A public hearing for the Conditional Use Permit application submitted by Calvin Strauss for an event center within the A-2 Zoning District. The subject property is described as parcel R01.00026.00 located in Section 4, Township 110, Range 14, Town of Chester on approximately 159.01 acres.
3) A public hearing for the Conditional Use Permit application submitted by Impact Power Solutions for a 1 MW AC Commercial Solar Energy System within the A-2 Zoning District. The subject property is described as parcel R05.00064.00 located in Section 10, Township 110 North, Range 10, Town of Greenfield on approximately 6.05 acres of a 92.05 acre parcel.
The public hearings will take place in the County Board Room, Courthouse Annex, 625 Jefferson Avenue, Wabasha, Minnesota.  Any interested person may provide testimony whether in person or by way of written comment submitted to the Wabasha Zoning Department.  Written comments will be read into the record during the respective public hearing.
