12U baseball team ends season 28-1
The Lake City 12U baseball team played in the Zumbro Valley League season ending tournament this past weekend, hosted by Lake City.
They came into the tournament with a undefeated 23-0 record. They started the day off with a nail biting game against Dover-Eyota, resulting in 4-5 score, losing, in the 4th inning due to time, the game was cut short.
This put them into the loser’s bracket, but they played 5 more games in a row and won all 5. The Lake City Tiger 12U Baseball Team took home the 3rd place title.
