Anderson is Europe-bound after qualifying for international biathlon competitions
A Lincoln High School senior and Old Frontenac resident is about to spend a few weeks in Europe competing with some of the best biathletes in his age group in the world.
First he’ll travel to Jakuszyce, Poland, to compete at the Junior IBU Cup to be held Jan. 16-19. Then he’ll travel west to Altenberg, Germany, for the Junior Open European Championships.
Later, he’ll compete in the Youth category of the 2025 Youth and Junior World Championships taking place from Feb. 26 to March 5 in Oestersund, Sweden.
