A big half by Wohlers helps Tiger boys beat KoMets

Justin Wohlers scored 22 points, 18 of which came in a phenomenal first half as Lake City blew out Kasson-Mantorville 66-45 Friday night to put the exclamation point on a seventh consecutive Hiawatha Valley League Division title. The Tigers closed the first half on a 19-0 run to take a commanding 39-17 lead at halftime and never looked back to complete the regular season with an 11-5 overall record and a 10-4 mark in conference play.
