Bowlers lose close match to No. 1 ranked Stewartville
This past weekend the No. 2 two ranked Lake City girls bowling team traveled to Pine Island where they would bowl against top-ranked Stewartville in their match and Winona in their second match.
The battle of Tigers in the first match was everything it should have been with close games with the top two teams in the state.
Lake City would win the the first two games, but it wasn’t enough as Stewartville would come back and win game three 173-171 on their way to winning the final three games to win the match 3-2.
