Boys beat division rival Goodhue 45-34

Lake City held Goodhue to three points in the final 10:24 as the Tigers pulled away down the stretch for a key 45-34 road victory in Hiawatha Valley League Blue Division play Friday night. Freshman Jaden Shones poured in a career-high 13 points, while sophomore Ryan Heise scored a career-high 10 points, including three triples, as Lake City moved to 3-1 on the young season.
