For the second time in as many games, Lake City was stunned with a three-pointer at the buzzer to force overtime but once again was able to prevail in the extra period. Brady Kuchinka pumped in a season-high 33 points, including two free throws with 3.3 seconds remaining as Lake City picked up a key non-conference 76-75 win in overtime Saturday afternoon at Saint Charles. A much anticipated matchup between the fourth-ranked Saints and fifth-ranked Tigers did not disappoint as the game featured nine lead changes.
