Boys golfers compete at Jewel, Mount Frontenac
Our third week of events started with a windy one, on Monday, May 1, the Lake City High School Tiger boys golf team hosted 66 golfers at The Jewel Invitational. The boys finished 4th out of 11 teams with a team score of 329. Braxton Berlin had the best week of his career finishing tied for 2nd overall at The Jewel, his scores were 40/36/76. Noah Wallerich also shot well for the Tigers, placing 7th overall shooting 38/41/79. Freshman Alex Ratz stayed hot by shooting a 43/38/81, placing 12th.
