Boys soccer notches another victory during busy week

Tiger boys soccer had another busy week with three matches, two of them on the road.

They began last Tuesday with a rough loss in Rochester against Lourdes, where Lake City gave up six goals in the first half and never recovered. The Eagles dominated the entire match and, despite 23 saves by Tiger senior goalie Dylan McDonnell, the final score was 0-10.

On Thursday, the Tigers traveled again, this time to Winona to play the Cotter Ramblers in a nonconference match. Senior Cole Waller found the back of the net early to put the Tigers up 1-0.
