Boys tennis faces difficult foes in a busy week of action

The Lake City Tigers boys tennis team played a multitude of matches since opening their season April 6 when they hosted Stewartville.  The local Tigers were outplayed 6-1.
Taking the nod for Lake City was the No. 2 doubles tandem of Devynn Hofschulte and Elijah Ender working a full three sets 4-6, 6-4, 7-5.
At No. 1 doubles Tyler Johnson and Cage Deegan were out stroked 1-6, 2-6.  
Daniel Bignell and Evan Halpaus were denied 0-6, 2-6 at No. 3 doubles.
