Boys wrestlers compete in dual tourney, invitational
On Dec. 12 the Lake City High School Tiger boys wrestling team hit the road to Lakeville South High School for a dual tournament.
Lake City opened against Springfield and the Tigers were ready. Lake City got their first dual win of the season by a score of 60-9. A seventh grader, Rex Herbers got the Tigers rolling with a come from behind decision at 107 for his first varsity win. Mason Eggenberger also added his first varsity win at 139 and Hollis Brunn added to the fun bumping up to 215 to get his first varsity fall.
