Bremer scores 2,000th point in girls’ victory over Zumbrota-Mazeppa

For the only game of the week, the Tiger girls basketball team hosted Zumbrota-Mazeppa (ZM) on Tuesday, Dec. 21.

The Tigers won the opening tip but were unable to get the ball to fall for them and the Cougars got the 1st basket of the game, then Natalie Bremer came down and hit a 3 pointer for the Tigers. Both teams had some trouble getting the ball to fall for them and the score remained 3-2 for several minutes, then Mahli Benjamin entered the game, got a steal and found Bremer for 2, and the Tigers led 5-4 with 12:01 left in the 1st half.
