Celebration for city’s first All-State athlete is Friday

On Friday, April 24 Howard Juliot, the first All-State athlete from Lincoln High School will return to Lake City to celebrate his 99th birthday.
The Graphic has arranged to interview the former Tiger football player and accompany him on a tour of the high school in the morning.
At 1 p.m., the Lake City Historical Society will host a birthday party for him in the second floor ballroom during their Open Hours event which begins at noon.
