Cougars dash Tigers’ Homecoming hopes

Zumbrota-Mazeppa used a strong second half to spoil homecoming in Lake City Friday night as the visitors emerged victorious over the Tigers 44-19. Hadyn Boraas accounted for three touchdowns, passing for 144 yards and rushing for 101 to power the Cougars to victory.
Boraas opened the scoring on a nine-yard touchdown run to cap a 10-play, 69-yard drive on the initial possession of the game.
