Dancers compete against some of state’s best in Yellow Medicine

It was another successful weekend of competition for the Lake City Dance Team as they traveled four hours east to compete at Yellow Medicine this past Saturday, Jan. 21.

The competition represented 20 of the best Class A High Kick and Jazz dance teams. The Lake City Varsity Kick team placed 7th and Lake City Varsity Jazz placed 5th overall.

Junior Varsity Kick team placed 3rd and Junior Varsity Jazz placed 5th. B-squad Jazz received 4th. All five teams performed before a packed crowd showcasing their best talent.
