Disappointing home meet for Tiger bowlers

Saturday, Oct. 8, brought the area high school bowlers to Port 104 for this week’s competition.

Varsity started the day against Rushford-Peterson. They had a strong first game winning 194 to 170. Unfortunately the Tigers lost the next four games to lose the match. Their high game of the match was 214 with a match average of 181.4. The team was led by Hailey Wimmer and Resa Laqua with 88% fill percentage followed by Isaac Laqua with 87.5% and Alaina Hansen with 85.7%. The team had a fill percentage of 82%.
