Explosive offense leads football Tigers to upset victory over PEM

Parker Schurhammer accounted for 359 all-purpose yards and seven total touchdowns as sixth-seeded Lake City stunned third-seeded Plainview-Elgin-Millville 64-42 in the Section 1AAA quarterfinals on Tuesday night in Elgin. It was a night that players and coaches won’t soon forget as the Tigers put forth their best effort of the season piling up 561 total yards of offense as a light rain fell for the majority of the contest. The teams combined for an astonishing 60 points and 346 yards of total offense in the second quarter alone.
