On-fire Tiger girls win over Goodhue

The Lake City Tiger girls basketball team traveled to Goodhue on March 2 in a key HVL Blue Division matchup.

The Tigers were also looking to take a sweep from the Wildcats as they had won the first matchup between them back in February. And they did with a 62-50 win.

Natalie Bremer started the Tigers off with a three-pointer off an inbound pass. Then Bremer found Mya Shones for two, and the Tigers took a quick 5-0 lead over the Wildcats.

Shones then made a quick throw to Bremer off a rebound and the Tigers were up 7-0.
