First win of the season for girls soccer

The Lake City High School girls soccer team recorded its first win of the season on Sept. 2 with a 3-2 win over Winona at home.
“First win of the season,” Coach Joe Nagel said. “We held the lead twice, and once we got to 3 to 2 we held on for the rest of the game.”
Goal scorers for Lake City were Frankie Earnest-Miller, Grace Arendt, and Cora Weist.
Laurn Stolzenberg and Delilah Benjamin had assists.
