Football: Tigers beat Wingers 28-7

Asher Bee rushed for 93 yards and three touchdowns to power Lake City past Red Wing 28-7 on a wet and soggy night last Thursday. The Tigers scored 28 unanswered points in the victory and limited the Wingers to just four yards rushing.

Seth Harteneck recovered a fumble by Red Wing on the opening play from scrimmage to give the Tigers the ball in the red zone. A 13-yard touchdown run by Keegan Ryan was negated by a holding penalty and the Tigers were unable to capitalize on the turnover as they turned the ball over on downs.
