Football: Tigers faced potent rushing attack in 34-28 loss

Plainview-Elgin-Millville (PEM) used a potent rushing attack to edge Lake City 34-28 in the regular season finale last Wednesday night.
The Bulldogs’ clock control offense established itself on the opening drive of the game as they marched 56 yards in 11 plays, converting two key third downs including one in the red zone. Quarterback Alex Hinrichs scored on a one-yard sneak as PEM grabbed an early 7-0 lead midway through the opening period.
