Football Tigers fall 17-7 to PEM

Plainview-Elgin-Millville (PEM) used a strong rushing attack to control the clock and grind out a 17-7 victory over Lake City on Friday night. The Tigers appeared poised to take the lead with 4:30 to play, but a costly fumble dashed the comeback effort. The Bulldogs capitalized on the turnover as Carter Marx’s 44-yard touchdown run with 2:43 to play all but sealed the win.
