Girls basketball beats PEM by 10

On Thursday, Feb. 2, the Tigers traveled to Plainview to face the Plainview-Elgin-Millville Bulldogs and came away with a 59-49 victory.

After connecting on 5 first half three-point baskets the Tigers found themselves in a very back and forth contest. At half time Lake City was winning 33-30.

The second half had many similarities as the first. Both teams went on runs and it was again very back and forth.

Around the 8 minute mark in the game Lake City went on a run to extend the lead to 10 points.
