Girls basketball suffers back-to-back losses

The Lake City Tigers girls basketball team suffered a non-conference overtime loss to Norwood Young America 80-78 on Jan. 12.
The Tigers came out red hot on offense and took a 10 point lead only nine minutes into the game. Norwood made a comeback and with six minutes left in the first half the Raiders came within three points of tying the game, 19-16.  
The Tigers kept the momentum going the rest of the first half with great team passing.  Lake City went into the locker room at halftime up by 11, 38-27.
