Girls compete at section meet, Ericka Hansen qualifies for state

Post-season for the Girls Wrestling team started on Friday and Saturday, Feb. 8 and 9 in Redwood Falls.
The Section competition combined Section 1 and Section 3 with the top two place winners advancing to the State meet.
Sophomore Madyson Skifton opened with a 10-5 win followed by a first period pin to advance to the semifinals. Madyson then lost by decision in the semifinals and then again in the consolation round to finish in sixth place.
