Girls golf team celebrates successful season
The Lake City High School girls golf team held a banquet to celebrate a season whose successes included a second place team finish at the state tournament and a state individual championship for team member Jordana Windhorst Knudsen.
Olivia Ohlhaber won the Coaches Award.
Alayna Atkinson was Most Improved.
Jordana Windhorst Knudsen had the team’s Low Stroke Average of 75, a school record.
Hiawatha Valley League All Conference honorees were Jordana Windhorst Knudsen (medalist), Mattie Mears, Ella Matzke, and Alayna Atkinson.
