Girls golf team has first place individual, second place team at state tournament
The Lake City High School Girls Golf team competed in the State Class AA Girls Golf Tournament held at the Ridges at Sand Creek in Jordan on June 11-12. The state event was shortened to 27 holes due to inclement weather conditions on Day 2
Detroit Lakes (DL) fired rounds of 327-159 (486) to win the Class AA title followed by Lake City 338-161 (499), Minnewaska 345-173 (518), Pequot Lakes 355-171 (526), Hill-Murray 355-175 (530), Holy Family 368-182 (550), Legacy Christian 360-195 (555), and Rock Ridge 392-199 (591).
