Girls golf team wins home invite by 66 strokes

The Lake City High School girls golf team (LC) opened the 2021 season with a sixty-six shot victory in the Lake City Invitational held on April 20 at Lake City Golf Club. The Tigers fired a 334 followed by Byron (400), Stewartville (407), and Kasson-Mantorville (442).
LC was led by medalist, freshman Jordana Windhorst Knudsen’s 76, Molly Kennedy 83, Ella Matzke 87, and Emma Berge 88. Other scores included Brooke Bee and Morgan Wurst 98.
