Girls lose close game to Plainview-Elgin-Millville

On Saturday afternoon the Lake City Tiger girls basketball team traveled to the Mayo Civic Center Arena for the Hiawatha Valley League - Three Rivers Showdown.

Here they lost to the Plainview-Elgin-Millville (PEM) Bulldogs 55-52.

After connecting on 3 first half three point baskets the Tigers found themselves in a very back and forth contest. At half time Lake City was down 24-20.
