Girls track finishes 3rd at conference meet

The Lake City Tiger girls track and field team competed at the Hiawatha Valley League Championship Meet in Stewartville, Saturday, May 13. Byron’s girls team finished first with 196.50, Stewartville was second with 128.50, Lake City placed third 112, followed by Kenyon-Wanamingo 96, Rochester Lourdes 83.50, Pine Island 71, Cannon Falls 66.50, Kasson-Mantorville 52, Hayfield 43. Triton Senior 42, and Zumbrota-Mazeppa 27.
