Girls win big over Triton as two Tigers become all-time stat leaders

The Lake City high school girls basketball team was back in action on Thursday, Jan. 28 as they beat Triton at home 82-34.

Triton got the first two points of the game with two free throws and Lake City’s Natalie Bremer answered that with a three pointer. Mya Shones then hit one of two from the line.

The Tigers took the lead and never looked back.

Both Grace Bany and Lilly Meincke added to the lead by getting to the line and converting their shots, giving the Tigers a 8-2 lead.
