Heise is No. 1 draft pick

Taylor Heise traveled to Toronto, Canada, Monday to find out she’s staying home, and she’s pretty excited about it.
Heise was chosen by Minnesota as the first pick in the inaugural draft of the new Professional Women’s Hockey League (PWHL).
Tennis legend and gender equality advocate Billie Jean King announced the pick.
King’s Company, Billie Jean King Enterprises, helped develop the six-team new league, which debuts in January.
