Kjos hits 1,000 mark in win over K-M

Marc Kjos became the seventh player in Lake City history to reach the 1,000 point plateau on Friday night as he scored a game-high 26 points to pace the Tigers to a 62-46 victory over Kasson-Mantorville to remain unbeaten in conference play.
In what was the poorest half of play of the season to date, Lake City raced out to a 7-2 lead three minutes into the game before managing just three points over the next 8:40.  A scoring drought that lasted 5:41 allowed the Ko-Mets to briefly take the lead for the only time in the game at 12-10 with 8:41 to play until halftime.
