Lake City Cross Country invite produces fast times
The 40th annual Lake City Invite took place at Hok-Si-La Park Sept. 19 and the course produced some blazing fast times. The Tiger varsities came away with a fifth and second in the 13-team meet. Six races took place, and the Tiger girls won two of their three individual races and the junior high team title as well.
Hunter Grimm led the way for the varsity boys. The other six bettered last year’s times by 20 to 60 seconds.
Kasson-Mantorville/Triton won the boys’ title.
