Lake City loses clash of football Tigers 52-14
Andrew Quandt completed 19 of 25 passes for 324 yards and four touchdowns as Stewartville defeated Lake City 52-14 on Friday. The high-flying Stewartville offense racked up 550 yards of total offense as the visitors led 31-6 at halftime en route to the victory.
Stewartville got on the board first with an eight-play, 56-yard drive. Quandt connected with Nik Thiel for a 19-yard touchdown pass on fourth down and Adam Koenigs booted the extra point to put Stewartville in front 7-0 with 7:36 to play in the opening period.
