Lake Land Striders compete at 5K cross country showcase
In the absence of the Minnesota State High School League Cross Country State Championship this year, all qualifying teams and individuals from section meets were invited to the TC Running Company XC Showcase.
Included in the meet were Lake City’s own boys cross country team, which finished fourth out of the 13 invited teams that either won or were runner up teams at Sections in high school competition.
Two Lake City girls, Jacey Majerus and Peyton Meincke, ran in the girls race.
