Laqua hopes to cap high school career with return to state

Lake City High School senior Resa Laqua is putting the finishing touches on one of the most decorated careers yet in Lake City High School bowling.

Last week the girls bowling team completed their regular season (see related story on page 11), and Laqua was named the Southeast Conference Most Outstanding Player finishing with a fill percentage of 88.23.

She is also the top-ranked bowler in the state.

Last fall, during the coed bowling season, she was the first Lake City girl to be named Most Outstanding Player for that conference.
