Late run lifts Byron over Tiger boys

Byron used a 15-4 run in the final 3:10 to edge Lake City 74-67 in an early season showdown between two top-10 ranked boys basketball teams in their respective classes. A competitive game from start to finish featured eight lead changes and five ties.

Luke Narum sparked a strong start to the game for the Tigers, scoring eight points including two three-pointers as Lake City opened a 17-10 lead after six minutes of play.
