Legion baseball edges Lanesboro

The Lake City American Legion Post 110 Baseball Team won a nail biter Tuesday night against Lanesboro American Legion Post 40 by a score of 2-1.

With a storm rolling in, the game was shortened to a five inning game and both teams needed to be as efficient as possible to get it in. Ethen Brunkow did just that on the mound, hurling all five innings and allowing only 1 run on 4 hits on his way to earning the win.
