Lorenson scores 1,000th point, boys beat Lancers 63-49

History was made Saturday afternoon as junior Hunter Lorenson became the 11th player in school history and the sixth in the past eight seasons to score 1,000 career points in Lake City’s 63-49 non-conference road victory at La Crescent-Hokah. Lorenson reached the milestone in dazzling fashion, scoring 22 points on seven of 11 shooting to go along with four assists, two blocks, two rebounds and two steals.
