Medalist Thomas Huettl leads team to its first-ever NSIC championship

Lincoln High School graduate Thomas Huettl led the Concordia University, St. Paul Golden Bears men’s golf team to the program’s first Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference championship on April 16.
Huettl, a junior, was the individual medalist with a final score of -2, and the team finished +18 at Adams Pointe Golf Club in Blue Springs, Mo.
He led the tournament with 13 birdies and recorded one of the tournament’s 17 eagles.
