Numerous firsts for girls track and field at PEM meet

On Friday, April 29, the Lake City High School (LC) girls track and field team participated in the Verne Herman Invitational hosted by Plainview-Elgin-Millville. Waseca High School won the 10 team competition with 141.5 points and was followed by L-FC-MC (132.25), PEM (132.25), Lake City (91), Chatfield (84), La Crescent-Hokah (56), RochesterAreaChristianEducators (47.25), Cotter (36.5), Lewiston-Altura (36.5) and Caledonia (5).
