Rice wins pro series finals, sets sights on Worlds in 2025

Professional bench presser Christy Rice of Lake City placed first in the USAPL pro series finals in San Antonio, Texas, on Dec. 14.
Her winning bench was 209.4 lbs. at a body weight of 132.3 lbs. She attempted 220.5 lbs. on her last lift but did not complete it.
The pro series finals was her fourth meet for 2024. She will be working her way towards Bench Worlds, in Norway, in 2025.
