Several Tiger girls place first at La Crescent track meet

The Lake City High School girls track and field team competed at the La Crescent Lancers Booster Club Invitational on Friday, April 30.
Several Tiger girls captured top spots in the open events. Riley Pennington was second in the 100 hurdles (17.63) and Grayce Weinrich was third with a season’s best time of 18.09. In the 300 hurdles Pennington was second with a time of 50.35 and Weinrich was fourth with 52.68.
