Softball Tigers are edged by Cobras 11-10

The Lake City varsity softball Tigers could not overcome a four-run deficit as they fell 11-10 to Triton April 10.  A comeback effort came up short as they scored three runs in the sixth on a single by Kayla Chavez to bring them into contention for the win.
The Tigers took a 1-0 lead in the first inning when Alyssa Schmitz singled.
In the bottom of the second, Triton tied the game at four.  The Cobras took the lead for good in the third.
