Speechies compete in Rochester

On Saturday, Feb. 8 the Lake City Speech Team traveled to Rochester John Marshall to compete with 379 other students and 20 teams.
This was a large and competitive meet with many opportunities to grow.
With three new speechies in tow and several novices, Lake City was ready to soak in the wide variety of performances.
After three quick rounds, the team gathered at awards smiling and ready to tackle new challenges.
